Welcome to the Bushidokan® Yudanshakai official website!  The Bushidokan Yudanshakai, translated as, “Way of the Warrior School Black Belt Holders Association”, was established by me to preserve the philosophy, legacy, standards, traditions, and reputation of the Bushidokan System, which I founded over 50 years ago.  When I conceived the Bushidokan System in 1964, I decided to focus on practical and effective self-defense, combined with rugged sparring and / or randori.  Earning a Bushidokan Black Belt was designed to be a rare achievement - and still is today!  With Certified Training Centers and Instructors spread out across the United States, the Bushidokan Yudanshakai will help preserve and develop the Bushidokan System for future generations.  Remember, anything can be made easily and cheaply bought, but that which must be EARNED DEARLY has the greatest value.  If you are more concerned with WEARING A BELT than in EARNING A BELT, I recommend you study something other than Bushidokan Ryu.
